     This technology provides bacterial protection that no water softener can deliver, and unlike reverse osmosis systems, does not remove the minerals that our bodies need. Before you invest in a (RO) Reverse Osmosis Water Filter for your bar or restaurant, you should know that ECOsmarte's Ionization/Oxidation process provides superior water with less maintenance, and no cartridges to constantly replace.

  • RO (Reverse Osmosis) filters are expensive

  • RO filters have a 4:1 waste to pure water ratio

  • RO cartridges need to be replaced regularly and restrict your flow rate

  • RO cartridges only filter down to 20 micron and can become infested with bacteria

  • RO cartridge pores can be damaged by chlorine.

  • RO filters do nothing to prevent scale and hard water like the ECOsmarte system does

      Commercial RO water filtration systems are expensive. They also take up a lot of room. A commercial RO system takes more energy to force the water through the multiple membranes in the pressurized system. In addition, RO membranes are expensive to replace.

     The  municipal point-of-entry system has the same benefits of the Zero Backwash System with the addition of media bed filtration where higher volumes of water are used.  

     The ECOsmarte Point-of-Entry system replaces water softeners and conditioners, iron filters, chemical feeders, taste and odor filters, and most other water treatment methods.

     You will have pure, safe water throughout your entire home, or business. The system does not remove copper, magnesium, and calcium from your water that your body needs. The oxygenation lowers its surface tension,  producing what is known as "wetter water." The result is water that tastes great, has no odor, and is more absorbent for plants, animals, and people.

      The POE media tank is good for 5 years before media replacement.

                               (Approximately 1,000,000 gallons!)

Point-of-Entry System
